Protea's C8 SpinTips Sample Prep Kits contain tips and reagents for reversed phase solid phase extraction of intermediately-sized protein samples for electrospray or MALDI mass spectrometry, and are particularly useful where runs of large amounts of solution are involved. Sample solutions of up to 1 mL and 1000µg peptide/protein can be processed in our SpinTips. The kit is effective in concentrating and desalting small and large proteins resulting in mass spectra with better S/N and reduced salt adducts.
