Introduction
The CP PolyQuantification 29 CHO Proteins Kit offers 86 reference peptides for the absolute quantification of 29 common and critical CHO-specific host cell proteins (HCPs). These peptides are grouped based on their abundance in CHO cells into two distinct, fully 15N-labeled proteins.
The proteins are specifically optimized for trypsin or trypsin-like enzymatic digestion (cleaving after arginine and lysine residues). Use of other proteases will not yield suitable reference peptides.
