ENC1 Full-Length MS Protein Standard

Product Information
Protein Name
ectodermal-neural cortex 1 (with BTB-like domain)
Description
ENC1 Full-Length MS Protein Standard (NP_003624), Labeled with [U- 13C6, 15N4]-L-Arginine and [U- 13C6, 15N2]-L-Lysine, was produced in human 293 cells (HEK293) with fully chemically defined cell culture medium to obtain incorporation efficiency at Creative-Proteomics. This gene encodes a member of the kelch-related family of actin-binding proteins. The encoded protein plays a role in the oxidative stress response as a regulator of the transcription factor Nrf2, and expression of this gene may play a role in malignant transformation. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding multiple isoforms have been observed for this gene.
