KCNK6 Full-Length MS Protein Standard

Product Information
Protein Name
potassium inwardly-rectifying channel, subfamily K, member 6
Description
KCNK6 Full-Length MS Protein Standard (NP_004814), Labeled with [U- 13C6, 15N4]-L-Arginine and [U- 13C6, 15N2]-L-Lysine, was produced in human 293 cells (HEK293) with fully chemically defined cell culture medium to obtain incorporation efficiency at Creative-Proteomics. This gene encodes one of the members of the superfamily of potassium channel proteins containing two pore-forming P domains. This channel protein, considered an open rectifier, is widely expressed. It is stimulated by arachidonic acid, and inhibited by internal acidification and volatile anaesthetics.
