OSBPL3 Full-Length MS Protein Standard (NP_663162), Labeled with [U- 13C6, 15N4]-L-Arginine and [U- 13C6, 15N2]-L-Lysine, was produced in human 293 cells (HEK293) with fully chemically defined cell culture medium to obtain incorporation efficiency at Creative-Proteomics. This gene encodes a member of the oxysterol-binding protein (OSBP) family, a group of intracellular lipid receptors. Most members contain an N-terminal pleckstrin homology domain and a highly conserved C-terminal OSBP-like sterol-binding domain. The encoded protein is involved in the regulation of cell adhesion and organization of the actin cytoskeleton. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
